The "AI Analysis" feature utilizes Google Gemini models (specifically Gemini 2.5 Flash) to provide automated suggestions and feedback on your CV. This feature is intended as an assistive tool only. While we strive to provide helpful insights, CV Creator - LEVELiU Lite:
You acknowledge that the AI analysis is automated and should be used as a guide, not as definitive professional advice. Always review AI suggestions critically before implementing them.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all software, text, graphics, images, and AI logic) are and will remain the exclusive property of CV Creator - LEVELiU Lite and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CV Creator - LEVELiU Lite.
All user-generated content (your CV data) remains your property. However, by using the App, you grant us a license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the App's features, such as AI analysis and PDF generation.

In no event shall CV Creator - LEVELiU Lite, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
